I broke my sugar habit

I ran from cakes and pies

I chose to savor cabbage and greens

I ran to yams, beets, and beans

Shifting made me healthy

Shifting set me free

Shifting gave me restful nights

Shifting brought me new delights

Now, I have dancing fame

Truly, motion is my name

Truly, watch my fire

Feel my energy flow

See me move, slide, soar , and glide

I am perpetual grace

A high flying bird

An earth-free eagle

A humming bird

I am vigor personified

A pocketful of zestful angels

Making me swing, twirl, and swirl
